本ポリシーは、Neon Pajamas（以下「当方」）が提供するアプリ「Rocket Boarding」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所・生年月日・写真・連絡先・健康情報を一切収集しません。当方が運営するサーバーは存在せず、収集される情報は下記のとおり Google のサービスを通じたものに限られます。

これらは いずれもお客様個人の身元に関連付けられません。本アプリにはアカウント機能がなく、セッションを識別する内部IDはアプリの起動ごとに新しく生成され端末にも保存されないため、収集した記録を特定の個人に結び付ける手段が当方にありません。
本アプリは、Apple の定義するトラッキングを行いません。App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の許可ダイアログを表示せず、広告識別子（IDFA）を取得しません。さらに広告SDK側でもパーソナライズ広告を明示的に無効化しています。
そのため、本アプリで収集された情報が他社の保有するデータと突き合わされてターゲティング広告に用いられることはなく、データブローカーへ提供されることもありません。
本アプリは Google AdMob（Google LLC）による広告を表示します。上記のとおりパーソナライズは無効化されており、表示されるのは閲覧中のコンテンツに基づく非パーソナライズ広告です。広告配信のため、Google AdMob は端末情報（機種・OSバージョン・言語）、IPアドレスから推定されるおおまかな地域、端末識別子、広告の表示・タップの情報を利用する場合があります。
また、配信される広告のコンテンツレーティング上限を「全年齢向け（G）」に設定しています。

本アプリは Google Firebase Analytics を利用し、どのレベルで離脱が多いかなど、ゲームの改善に必要な統計情報を取得しています。送信されるのはレベル番号・所要時間・操作回数といったゲーム内の記録であり、個人を特定できる情報は含まれません。
クラッシュ情報や動作パフォーマンスを収集する仕組み（Crashlytics 等）は導入していません。
「広告を非表示」のアプリ内課金の決済は、すべて Apple が処理します。当方がお支払い情報・カード番号・レシート・購入金額・Apple ID を受け取ることはありません。購入済みかどうかの判定は端末内で行われます。
本アプリは位置情報を取得しません。位置情報の利用許可を求めることもありません。
本アプリの年齢制限は「4+」で、13歳未満の児童を主たる対象としたアプリ（キッズカテゴリ）ではありません。児童の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
本アプリは、欧州経済領域（EEA）および英国では配信していません。
当方のサーバーに個人データを保存していないため、当方が保持・削除する個人データはありません。Google のサービス上の記録は、個人を特定できない統計データとしてGoogle の定めるポリシーに従い保持されます。
本アプリを端末から削除すると、端末内のゲーム進行データは削除されます。端末識別子のリセットは、iOS の「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」から行えます。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。改定時は本ページに更新日とともに掲示します。

This Privacy Policy describes how Rocket Boarding ("the App"), developed by Neon Pajamas ("we", "us"), handles information.
The App does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, photos, contacts, or health information. We operate no servers of our own; the only information collected is the following, gathered through Google services.

None of this data is linked to your identity. The App has no account system, and the internal session identifier is regenerated on every launch and never stored on the device, so we have no means of associating collected records with a particular person.
The App does not engage in tracking as Apple defines it. It does not present the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and does not obtain the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). Personalized advertising is additionally disabled explicitly in the ad SDK.
Consequently, data collected in the App is not combined with third-party data for targeted advertising, and is not shared with data brokers.
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). As stated above, personalization is disabled, so the ads shown are non-personalized. To deliver ads, Google AdMob may use device information (model, OS version, language), coarse location derived from the IP address, device identifiers, and ad impression and tap data. The maximum ad content rating is set to "G" (general audiences).

The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to obtain the statistics needed to improve the game, such as which levels players drop off at. What is transmitted are in-game records — level number, elapsed time, number of moves — and contains no personally identifiable information.
No crash or performance reporting component (such as Crashlytics) is included.
Payment for the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase is processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive your payment details, card number, receipt, purchase amount, or Apple ID. Whether the item has been purchased is determined on your device.
The App does not collect location data and never requests location permission.
The App is rated 4+ and is not primarily directed at children under 13 (it is not in the Kids Category). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App is not distributed in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom.
Because we store no personal data on servers of our own, there is no personal data for us to retain or delete. Records held within Google's services are retained as non-identifiable statistical data in accordance with Google's policies. Deleting the App from your device removes locally stored game progress. Device identifiers can be reset from iOS Settings > Privacy & Security.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
